FaceBase Website Terms and Conditions

1. Appointments and Cancellations

1.1 Cancellation Policy:

  • There will be a 50% charge for canceling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
  • A 100% charge will be applied for no-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment.

1.2 Late Policy:

  • If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for a treatment under 30 minutes, we may not be able to carry out the treatment and it will be considered a missed appointment, subject to our cancellation policy.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a treatment over 30 minutes, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.

1.3 Communication and Contraindications:

  • It is the responsibility of the client to notify FaceBase in advance of any contraindications that may prevent them from receiving the scheduled treatment.
  • If the salon is not contacted about any contraindications that were indicated in the client's form and these contraindications prevent the client from receiving the treatment, a 50% charge will be applied for the missed appointment.

2. Booking Appointments

2.1 Availability:

  • Appointments are subject to availability and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.2 Confirmation:

  • You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email or SMS, depending on the contact information provided.

2.3 Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment Methods:

  • Payment for appointments can be made using the methods accepted by FaceBase, which may include credit/debit cards, cash, or other payment options specified on our website.

3.2 Charges:

  • All charges for services rendered will be clearly communicated to you before the appointment is confirmed.
